drip drop hesse variation

based on hesse.html instead of circles using ellipses and instead of fill using dripdrop paint.

TODO:

• bi-colour or multi-colour
• different types of position, currently only edge
• one, two or more ellipses - currently only one
• cutouts and layers
• also use boxes, not only ellipses
